I purchased the E550 coupe, The interior is very well built and high quality. The seats are made for driving and are quite comfortable. Kamy my sales associate was very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure the vehicle fit my needs. I mostly liked the fact that they didn't haggle with me on my trade in value. They asked me what i was looking for my trade and they gave it to me. The overall shopping experience at 21st Century Auto Group was easy and very pleasant. More

Purchased Used BMW which they stated had just had new brakes put on. When I took it to get inspected and registered it would not pass inspection - brakes at less that 10% and dangerous to drive! Taking legal action under Lemon Law - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they will not stand behind limited warranty and gave me complete run around multiple times. More

Same as all the other used scam dealerships. Test drove two cars. First was filthy and at least drove well (2005 Mercedes Benz) Second wouldn't start. After a jump start we drove approx. 1/2 mile before salesperson suggested we return since the car was shaking and a strong burning smell was prevalent (2010 BMW328i) Sat in several other late model cars and couldn't believe how filthy they were. Was willing to purchase the ME/BE and had a trade in worth $15,000. I was looking for $14,000. First offer was $9,000 even though NADA (which dealers price their cars from) has the car as the lowest possible price(in poor condition) as $12,000. My car was far from poor. When i wouldn't budge the manager states "The internet price that you were quoted was if you finance and then offer me $11,500 for my trade. When i wouldn't budge they had their mechanic, then his father, then his grandfather try and find problems with my car. Left pissed and traded my car for a new Ford Fusion without any negotiation. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE CELEBRITIES THAT THEY BOAST ABOUT. More

Called to check if the audi I was interested in was still available and to my surprise it was. I made an appointment for the very next day, and was very skeptical as I did not know what to expect. I was introduced by the lovely receptionist to my salesperson who told me the car I came to see was no longer available. I immediately thought it was a bait and switch but much to my surprise kamy showed me to a car similar to what I was looking for and for a cheaper price. He agreed to take me on a test drive and I could not help but fall in love with the car. To this day I have not encountered a problem with the vehicle and am pleased with the service I received from this dealership. More

I bought a 2010 Mercedes Benz r350 with 41,000 miles. I traded in my 2011 Audi A4 and id say I got a very good price for it. The R- class is perfect and I love all the remedies the Benz comes with, backup camera is the coolest and of course the navigation. The sales guy jayson was great as well as the sales manager Vady. The price was fair, not the cheapest I've seen, but I felt comfortable because the car was immaculate! Not even a scratch on it. I had a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport that they gave me fair market value for, and away I went in my new Benz! Arthur was tremendously knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone. More
