DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP or their finance company Diamond leasing They are a complete rip off and they will take your money repo your car and they don’t fix xxxx very unprofessional and they company Diamond leasing They are a complete rip off and they will take your money repo your car and they don’t fix xxxx very unprofessional and they will make u so frustrated that you will be the bad guy in the end to them my car was stolen in November 2023and has been waiting on parts up until beginning of February the do not have a good communication system and everything is a joke they tried to stop my autopay to resale my car I will not recommend them to the alley rats in the city if you are in a rush and need a vehicle fast take your time and read your contracts between 5Star and Hyundai they take people situation as entertainment and I feel if they would have been more understanding and help the consumer the situation would of been better but instead they play in your face and think things are funny it’s not funny to me when I have been an on time paying customer since day 1 I also feel that by this company putting a tracking device on my car that bypass the alarm system 10/10 don’t recommend DONT DO IT More

My partner purchased a vehicle that had the check engine light on. The dealer said it was “a known, small issue,” and would be rectified upon picking up the vehicle, but did not do so. When this was brought light on. The dealer said it was “a known, small issue,” and would be rectified upon picking up the vehicle, but did not do so. When this was brought up, the dealer said the vehicle has to be brought to the manufacturer dealership under warranty. After doing so, we were informed that the vehicle has sludge in the engine. When we brought the vehicle back to 5 star, they refused to accept accountability for this error. However, the did let us know they flushed the sludge out of the engine and changed the oil twice, confirming the problem. After consulting with a lawyer, we were advised this case is likely to be risky/pricey in court, so I’m just reaching out to do what I can to warn other buyers!!! More

I am currently leasing a 2009 jeep liberty sport. I has stopped On me twice one I had to pay to have it towed back to St Louis from out of Town. After that it had a fuel injector issue. It spent more time with the dealer than me and Ive made two payments.Annette in service is wonderful. I either would love to have a better more reliable vehicle, Have at least one of my payments returned to show a good customer service or I dunno because at this point I'm scared to drive this not to mention.The couple weeks of Uber payments to and from work and I bought a supposedly reliable vehicle from 5 Star. The a double payment to boot. I'm feeling a little jipped. I couldnt even afford to pay the tax for the plates... Things arent good And I'm not HAPPY. Thats the positive. On to the rest of it. First of one of a few lots that have no sticker on them as to not have sticker shock. Well first of the reason you don't is because you're adding an extra ten thousand to the value of a vehicle. The other thing is the "Nickle Pickel sale" they say a nickel and they truly mean five hundred dollars. Sorry but if you advertise anyone can drive for a nickel down don't be surprised when people bring a nickel in. Fair is fair. Honor your advertising!!! More
