Good people, good prices. Manny was very friendly and accomodating. We were unable to finance the vehicle we initially came for, however, Manny worked with us to find a vehicle Manny was very friendly and accomodating. IM SO IN LOVE WITH MY MEW CAR! THANKS GUYS! Oh my gosh I don't know where to begin ! After getting turn down at 3 dealerships and having to turn down 5 more for the salesmen being so freaking ru Oh my gosh I don't know where to begin ! After getting turn down at 3 dealerships and having to turn down 5 more for the salesmen being so freaking rude and pushy I come to this one almost completely worn and about to give up. I was greated by Taylor and he reassures me that everything would be fine and guarantee's that I'm gonna be in a car before I left the dealership. Something in my heart told me to try atleast ONE more time so I did. My kids were so exhausted and throwing temper tantrums from being so tired of going car shopping all day I was so embarrassed yet Taylor and his team made my children feel so comfortable even cheering them up with candy :) I inform Taylor that I was looking for a family vehicle with low miles 3rd row seating great on gas and something not worn at all because if I am paying for something with my hard earned money I want it to look new not used. Taylor finds me the cleanest 2011 Volkswagen Routan and I fell in love with it as soon as soon as I see it. He hands me the keys tells me that I can take it where I wanna go take my time! So I take it out through neighborhoods on the inner state on the main road I take it for a good little spin taking my time like I said really getting to know the vehicle to see if it was the perfect match for me and it was! Usually in my vehicle I have to tell my kids a million times to stop screaming! This van had 3 DVD players, immaculate condition inside and out, more than enough room, and when I say that I didn't hear a word out of my kids it was so quiet that I could hear a pin drop. I'm so thankful that I got to buy a vehicle from this company. I've had to turn dealerships down because they were too pushy and because I wanted to take my time and look and compare prices they tell me that I'm wasting their time. Taylor and his crew however made me take my time and really look through them so i could make the right choice for myself and children...unlike they other pushy places I went to Taylor and his crew actually cared! They dont just want your money they want you happy with your choice and their customer service. To say the least I left there that night with a vehicle like Taylor had promised me. Actually they did the paperwork and everything way faster than every other car dealership. I was VERY happy with the price as well. VERY AFFORDABLE! VERY FRIENDLY! VERY PROFESSIONAL! VERY CARING! I have ALREADY referred like 6 people here and it hasnt even been a full 24 hours! This will be the ONLY place I go car shopping again. While all the cars were ok, I found mine at 2,750 which is still a good price in its current state! They worked with me on numbers and were willing to help with every step of the way!
