Taylor is worthless Taylor made a deal without the managers approval and knew I was driving 8 hours from western nc to pick up the vehicle. He said he would pull it around back but never did cause it was still in the front lot.. said there was no damage on the vehicle but refused to send pics of the right side of the car.. fender was smashed up on the right side and other damage on the right side.. left door had a huge dent in it that he lied about.. missing paint from scratches to the bare metal all over.. car was not cleaned or detailed like he said it would be... when he started the car it wouldn't run at all.. it kept shutting off.. they took it around back for 15 mins and brought it back around said it was fixed and wouldn't stay running again.. waitied another hour and a half for it to be fixed and was barely able to drive it.. good thing I towed it home.. 5 coil packs were bad.. brake pads were metal on metal.. now have to replace both catalytic converters cause they ignored the check engine light that kept coming on.. tney swore nothing was wrong with it.. no leaks? Bull crap!! The oil pan had leaked since I bought it! They printed out temp tags for a 2011 Honda in my name and put them on the vehicle!!! Got pulled over and fined 250 for false tags and false registration on the way home..Buyer beware dealing with these crooks! More

Leonard was great to work with, and everyone was so professional both myself and my daughter purchased a vehicle! All of the employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. My daughter is in love with her Ford. My husband and I love our new truck also, and I am happy to say the company stands behind their vehicles (Found an issue that the company is going to handle without hesitation). So far, all I can say is AWESOME COMPANY! I will update to 5 stars once my issue is resolved! Oh, and Leonard is the best; ask for him if you go! More

Then entire staff was so helpful, polite and eager to make sure we were happy and comfortable the entire time. We said on our way home (in our new vehicle) we felt like we were hanging out with a bunch of friends and just happened to get a car out of it. The best dealership we have dealt with in our hunt for a vehicle and we couldn't be more happy. We can't wait to do business here again. More

Great dealership Kyle is the owner of the dealership and you would never know it. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care or.
