Friendly low pressure environment. It was great to look around the lot and not have have a sales person breathing down your neck. The car I purchased needed a few small issues corrected, one was taken care of immediately and the other I hadn't been home 15 minutes when 518 called me and already had the vehicle scheduled for the other. I really enjoyed the no hassle approach when dealing with Chase our sales person. Several employees popped into the office to great my wife and I as we discussed the vehicles we were looking at just adding to the relaxed atmosphere.
