Poor communication by service department regarding servicing of vehicle and repair times to be performed. Questionable diagnostic assessment of repair needs. We currently have zero confidence in the current management and service department to give us quality customer service with an honest assessment of what repairs are actually needed. More

Had my tires rotated, check tire pressure light came on within an hour of leaving the dealership. I checked, and all four tires were about 8lbs too low. Pricing to replace filters is outrages!
