Despite arrived by tow 5 minutes to closing, the men in the service center were very kind and understanding and stayed late to assist with getting everything ready for my claim and repairs. They took a difficult situation and turned it into a very positive experience (albeit one I do not hope to repeat anytime soon). More

The '13 Pilot was bought by me Pat and although we were married for 61 years, it was never his car. He drove a pickup.. I wrote the check to buy the Pilot and traded my "06 Pilot for it. He was with me but that was as far as it went. Any other communication sent addressed to Jim will go directly into file 13 (trash) without looking at it.
