I w I moved here from a California and had to get my oil changed and tires rotated, when I went in they explained that it would only be 69-75 dollars! I was shocked at how low the price was, where I am from that is atleast 120 dollars. I was very satisfied with pricing and service was awesome! More
Money-grubbing, deceiving snakes! Naturally, most of that cost would be labor, but it is extremely pricey for a car that still drove decently. I did not service my car with them, so I took it to the Acura dealership in Tulsa. Acura's opinion saw that NO part in the steering column was in need of replacement and the transmission seal was "lightly seeping" but nothing to be worried about. Their cost at the end of the day was about $250. Thank God I got a second opinion! I am a college student, and I can't help but imagine that these money grubbing fools at Stillwater Honda might have been trying to take advantage of me. Never get your car serviced here! Poor and deceiving! More

We had difficulties from day one with the car and the original service department was less than adequate. After a year dealing with the same problem and at least 2 different service managers and 5 subsequent visits, the service department loaned me a car so my son could drive mine and meticulously worked over the issue until it was resolved. I drove their car for three weeks while they worked over the issue and Amanda Kenning kept me informed of their progress along the way. After such a poor initial experience, they have redeemed themselves. More

This shop was quoting me an absurd amount to replace some parts of my AC, so I decided to call Stillwater Honda Cars and see what they would charge me. Not only did Stillwater Honda Cars fix my AC issues for less than half the price the other mechanic had quoted me, but they also provided me a really swanky loaner car while mine was being worked on. In the end, I got my AC fixed as well as a chunk of other work done on my car, and Stillwater Honda Cars STILL charged me less than the other place quoted for just the AC. And beyond that, the woman I mainly worked with, Amanda Kenning, was phenomenal - very friendly and apologetic when there were hiccups. She also provided me with easy to understand explanations of the issues with my car which I very much appreciated. She really made the experience delightful. As a young woman, it's always really difficult to trust any mechanic, and I have had my fair share of problems. And, most of my life I've believed the incorrect idea that dealerships are there to get you. Stillwater Honda Cars not only proved that idea false, but they also provided excellent service and made me feel like I could trust them (which isn't something that comes easy!). I will definitely be bringing my car to Stillwater Honda Cars in the future. More

First of all, half of my $5.000 down payment went for an extended warranty that I did not ask for. Second, I was told I would get a loaner car when my car was in the shop. That's not happening either. Stillwater Honda sets me up appmt's to get my car serviced and a recall fixed knowing there is no car available while mine is in the shop. I live an hour away and they want to shuttle me home and figure out myself how to get back to pick up my car. Kimberly in the service department wouldn't even answer my calls leaving me to start over with someone else in service. They just gave me the runaround until I gave up and called a different Honda Dealership. I wouldn't recommend Stillwater Honda if you're looking for integrity after the sale More

I took my CRV in for service and I have several observations. When my car was delivered the tire pressure light was still illuminated. That tells me the service tech did not do see it on the dash a observations. When my car was delivered the tire pressure light was still illuminated. That tells me the service tech did not do see it on the dash and did not complete that part of the service. The service writer took the car from the island to correct the issue. When a service tech returned the car a couple of minutes later I noticed no protective cover on the floor or the seat. My car smelled of soiled oil filled clothes. I purchased the car at Bob Howard and never paid over $40 for a basic service. I paid over $60 for the same service at Sanders. I received an email from the service manager asking me to rate my experience. I replied to his email with the above issues and his major concern was how he could get me to rate his service higher. He said what do I have to do give me a free service. I don't want a free service I want to have him acknowledge my concern. He never did that. His rating was more important. I have had my cars serviced at the dealer for the past 25 years. Mercedes, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda are the cars I took for service. Since moving to Stillwater I took my cars to Sanders and Janzen Toyota. I will return to Janzen not Sanders. I will make the drive to Bob Howard in Edmond for service. More
