I had a very disappointing experience with 747 Motors. After completing a credit application and providing my personal information, I was told by Theanna via text message that I would likely qualify for a After completing a credit application and providing my personal information, I was told by Theanna via text message that I would likely qualify for a Honda Accord with approximately $2,600 down. When I asked for basic financing information such as the estimated interest rate and monthly payment, I was told that information could not be discussed over the phone and that I had to come into the dealership. This made no sense to me since they had already reviewed my application enough to discuss a down payment amount. As a customer, I believe I should be given basic financing details before being expected to visit the dealership. Transparency is important when making a major purchase, and I felt like my questions were avoided instead of answered. And improve customer service skills as well! I hope management reviews this situation and improves communication with future customers. More
