your valued till you leave with your car on March 8, 2018 I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Kona for my husband. there was damage to the tint on both the drivers front and passenger front windows. w on March 8, 2018 I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Kona for my husband. there was damage to the tint on both the drivers front and passenger front windows. we were told to not worry as they would have their tint guy fix it. my husband brought the car back a few days later on his day off. after 3 hours for 2 windows the tint guy Jose brings out the car, as my husband is looking it over he finds major bubbling on the passenger window and a bubble on the drivers side with a HAIR in it. yes I said a hair. when my husband pointed it out Jose said" wow you have good eyes, well bring it back and we will redo it" I dont understand why he didn't just take it back in and fix it then when it would have been easier as the window was not cured. Also to be very honest we never should have seen the car that way. if Jose cared about his work he would have inspected it before bringing it out, he would have seen the issues and informed us he was redoing it right then, but the truth is he was hoping to get away with the shody work. So to be honest we were both up set that my husband had to waste his one day off for nothing and we had to look at this guys DNA floating in our window. I went back to the dealership a few days later and spoke to the GM Alex who showed me right then he didn't care with his "whatever, not my problem" attitude. I explained to him that because the car came with tint, it should not be my problem there was damage and I should not have to keep bringing my car back in hoping this guy will eventually get it right . I said that the Hair was a deal breaker and I took the car to be looked at by another very reputable tint company who explained the work was shody and they would have to scrape off his work and reapply the tint it would cost me 250.00. Now I also explained to Alex that if the car didn't come with tint I wouldn't be having this discussion, and I asked for a rebate to cover the cost of a professional job. Alex said" if I want to go elsewhere that is my choice, and they wont pay for it, if I don't want to come out of pocket then I would have to bring it back again until they could get it done right. he then shooed me away to the service director telling me he is only the GM of the sales so he cant help. as my mother would say " pass the bread, here comes the baloney" The service manager was also in my opinion disingenuous, he acted like he was shocked to learn of the problems with his tint guy even though there are many complaints on several sites about this problem. He brought the tint guy in and he admitted there was a hair left in the tint along with bubbles. so the service manager Teri promised me he would personally over see the next appointment, I knew things would not be better if I brought the car back so I didn't. We took it to precision tint and in and hour they had the windows cleaned and redone. not a bubble, and no facial hairs!! amazing what you get when your paying for it. and see that was the excuse, ABC was adamant to tell me this guy was a third party contractor. which means he was not getting paid as he would if this was a new tint job and that is why he didn't care. I paid 24k for a car and got to shell out another 250.00 for tint that they should have been responsible for and they don't care. even their response to my yelp reviews shows this. funny their "customer service" rep made it a point to let me know their rating on this site was perfect. yet the site he was responding to my review on showed them at a 2.5 Oh one more thing, it would seem ABC forgot to inform me that the other windows in my car are in fact not tinted, they are stained glass which now raised my glass coverage. I am just a bit upset to have to have a third party look at my car and inform me of this, yet ABC forgot. so here is my advice if you want to buy from here remember a few things: 1. go in and keep your defenses up. 2. stand firm on what you want. 3. read all the fine print 4. if there are issues of any kind don't take delivery till it is right learn from me 5. DONT USE THE SERVICE DEPT OR TINT SERVICE HERE PERIOD. A separate note about the service dept. I brought my other Hyundai here before reading the reviews (my mistake) for a few recall issues. right away the attendant tries to upsell me oil change packages I don't need and then tells me I should have my breaks checked as they are "squeaking" my breaks are fine I had a real mechanic check and guess what? no squeak. they were trying to get me to pay for services I didn't need. the service department here is a major problem. again don't bring your car here. More

He never pressured me to buy a car we just sat and chatted for awhile about my options. This is my 3rd car from ABC and all my experiences have been fantastic. I ended up with a 2018 elantra and Jon was informative and thoughtful through the whole time. My wife had got her wisdom teeth pulled and was in pain and they were very understanding of this and got me in and out in a very timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a no pressure down to earth salesmen. After I signed my papers and left I received a call to return the next day. From Trent As they had found me a much better interest rate. That helped them out in no way but helped me out tremendously. Keep in mind I already signed so they did not have to that. That is going above and beyond for the customer and in doing so created a customer for life. More

Don't Buy Here Wanted to give this place ZERO stars. Save your time and buy elsewhere. The people here will lie and do anything to sell you a car. Don't fall for it. My experience proved to me how unethical a dealership can be. I saw a certified pre-owned car I liked. Made an appointment with a salesperson (Kyle Debray). Received a phone call from ANOTHER salesperson (Johnathan Mason) who told me to stiff the first person and come see him. Did not like when one person tried to undercut another person. When I arrived for my appointment, fully ready to speak to the first person I was told that A) he was busy and B) he wasn't even there. It can't be both. Finally a sales manager (Eddie Silva-Clavijo) took care of me. Went for a test drive where I asked very specific questions about the car I was considering. Later found out that some of the features I was told were on the car DID NOT exist. CAN YOU SAY UNETHICAL? They will lie to your face to make a sale. Spoke to two customer service managers (Paula Zolnar and Christopher Mays) about my concerns and got no satisfaction. I will NEVER buy another car from ABC Hyundai again. I advise anyone reading this review to avoid this dealership at all costs. You will thank me for this advice. More
