He took note of the location of the scratches on the car however on our next appointment to service it for scratches , the note was not forwarded to the service team, the buffing person had to look for scratches himself which made our stay there longer instead of just dropping it off.. it's just sad we have to come back to have it buffed considering we bought the car brand new supposedly free of dents and scratch More
