ABC Hyundai Lacking Post Sales Customer Satisfaction I was not planning on writing to you originally since I was not too happy with your sales department after we reached sale's price on my 2018 Hyundai I was not planning on writing to you originally since I was not too happy with your sales department after we reached sale's price on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra SE. When I purchased my 2017 Kia Forte from Findlay Kia, they did a good job to show they wanted return customers. After I purchased the vehicle, I told them that I will pick-up the vehicle the very next day allowing them to have time to prepare the vehicle. I purchased Elantra on Saturday afternoon. Even with all the documents signed, you sales department pushed to get the vehicle taken that same day. The prep job was rushed and vehicle cleaning was done sloppy. There were some spots on windows, a fuse cover not installed, plastic covers were not removed, etc. Findlay Kia also had a non-sales person explaining all the features on the vehicle. You had a sales prep with a checklist. Because of the time, I wasn't able to get BIN etching done that day. I was told to bring back the car later to get the job done. The sales person told me that he was going to made the appointment and e-mail me the information. He didn't follow through his commitment. I had to call and e-mail him to schedule the appointment. I also asked for copies of loan documents and credit report information. I never got response back. When I went in to get my BIN etching, I was able to get a copy of one of the documents I requested. The second document was obtained when I went back to pick-up my DMV document on August 9. If ABC Hyundai wants satisfy and future return customers, your sales department needs to evaluate their behaviors. If it wasn't for the price deal I got on the Elantra, I would definitely went back to Findlay Kia. Your sales person, Kennith left a message mentioning about qualifying for a full tank of gas trying to have me call him and give a good survey rating yesterday. As for the service department, I was very happy with the BIN etching that was done. However, you should let them know that when they remove the service sticker, they should clean the tape residue from the windshield. More
