Great Experience from Beginning to End I am always suspicious of "5 star" ratings, however in this case, I do not feel anything less would suffice. We worked directly with Tony Bowler (Sales Professional Extraordinaire!) and Xavier Valle (Finance). Tony made the experience incredibly positive and worked with us to get the perfect deal. We had been looking for a few weeks and doing our homework. On one of our initial outings we met Tony while we were still trying to determine if we were even going to purchase a Hyundai at all. He was extremely friendly, LOW pressure and over the next couple weeks, answered any question, call or email we had. He was prompt and knowledgeable (even when he was on his personal time) He genuinely seemed more concerned with helping us make the right decision for ourselves so that we would be 100% happy than he was about whether or not we would close the deal anytime soon. He was the epitome of patience and professionalism. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. Then came time for the paperwork in the Finance Dept. This is when generally the finance people try really hard to sell you "add ons" warranties, gap insurance, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by Xavier Valle and his friendly demeanor, thorough explanations of each document we were signing and he was very knowledgeable about the add ons. He answered our questions and when we hesitated to purchase an add on there was NO PRESSURE, NO HOUNDING. He was quick and organized and professional. Same friendly smile regardless of which options we chose and which options we passed on. This was truly a pleasant experience, more so than we ourselves would have believed prior to walking in the door.
