Not entirely truthful. Leased a 2015 Santa Fe from them. Little over 2 years into lease we were called and told they could get us into a 2017 for less money. My wife saw a S Leased a 2015 Santa Fe from them. Little over 2 years into lease we were called and told they could get us into a 2017 for less money. My wife saw a Sonata Hybrid she liked but mentioned we had just made a payment on the Santa Fe. We were told not to worry, you'll get a refund on an over payment. They said to close out the SantaFe lease, they would give us a check to pay off that lease. After signing the new lease agreement they changed their mind and decided to buy the Santa Fe. What they didn't tell us was they conviently neglected to adjust the purchase price they paid for the Santa Fe so we lost out on the over payment we paid to Hyundai finance. When confronted with our problem, the sales manager agreed he made a mistake but we're not going to fix it. Tried to talk to General Manager but couldn't get past customer service. Then requested owners name and number. I was told they only know his last name. They have never seen him. End result is we paid 28 monthly lease payments but only had the car for 26 months and 11 days. More
