In all honesty, our last vehicle acquisition encounter with ABC Hyundai left us with a less than favorable taste. Nonetheless, we decided to see what they could do to earn our business again. Our dealings with Jarrell Brooks (JB), and subsequently (ASM) Randy Patterson Sr. was beyond expectation! Their joint efforts, demeanor and professionalism were a breath of fresh aire in the auto sales world. An environment typically considered about as desireable as a visit to your dentist. This easy-going, non-assertive team worked deligently to have us leaving with an equitable and satisfactory solution to fulfill our transportation needs. In addition to the acquistion process, Robert Saputo (Finance Mgr) was equally as impressive; and have to say that it was the most streamlined, efficient and pleasant finance office experience I/we have ever encountered! These three individuals placed today's experience miles above our last one at this same dealership. In summation: All we can say, is if you are in need of a new ride, seek out this trio at ABC Hyundai in Las Vegas, NV! More

I had to call manager because he has all my personal information and I felt threatened by the way he was. I would never suggest working with eddy at all because if the way he acted. Dont not go there at all if your referring or if you expect them to care about customer service. I helped someone to get a car and your suppose to get $500 and I only got $200 then I tried to get a hold of the manager which took almost 2 weeks to do. I had to finally call over and over until I got his direct number. Which of course he did nothing to rectify the situation. Also never deal with the salesman Eddy, he acted all nice to get his car sales but when I went back to him through text and phone calls about the referral he was rude and told me that our business is done and never text me again. I'm in a customer service environment and the way he was is and always be unacceptable. I am sorry this is the worst bunch of people there. Supposedly my message never got to the manager until I called him personally but I have text messages from eddy stating he told his manager (guess what it was lies). If you ever need help getting a car message me some how and trust me I will get you to a dealership that actually cares and will take care of you even after you purchase your car. ABC HYUNDAI WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS OR MY REFERRALS EVER AGAIN. THEY MISSED OUT ON 5 UPCOMING REFERRALS AND ALL FUTURE REFERRALS. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOTHING BUT LIES WITH THEM. More
Poor Customer Service I purchased a Genesis a year ago and my sales agent is no longer there. But I referred a friend to the dealership and when I called more than 5 times to follow up on my referral fee, I received the run-around from the sales agent, Jonathan and Finance agent, Robert, who kept saying they would call my bank, but didn't. Then when I finally spoke to the sales manager, the agent lied and said my friend never mentioned my name to the list, which was a lie, Bec she called me from the dealership before purchasing and said she was talking to Jonathan about me and he remembered who I was. We were thrilled with our vehicle, especially since we were getting ready to welcome our first baby and were concerned about safety. In May 2017, my wife was broadsided; our car was totaled out by the insurance company. The week after the accident, we returned to ABC and bought the 2017 model of the Santa Fe. It never occurred to us to buy any other type of vehicle at any dealership other than ABC. ABC was our go-to dealership! Yesterday, September 5, is the day we have ended our partnership with ABC. After the way we were treated by your staff, we will never set foot at ABC again, not even for service on our 2017 Santa Fe. You need to know the type of image your staff is presenting, Mr. Estay, and the poor service they are providing. On September 5, we went to ABC with every intention of trading in our Lexus for a Sonata. Since we planned on purchasing a third car from ABC, imagine our disappointment at the utterly rude treatment we received from the Sales Manager Neil and Assistant GM Armen. A vehicle was picked, deal had been struck, a price decided upon and all seemed well. Then behaviors began to change. We were forced to wait for the financing manager to weigh in, only to be given differing names of who was actually working on our purchase. The sales manager, Neil, actually lied to our face when we asked who was doing our paperwork and why it was taking over an hour to get things rolling. In our boredom, we rang the gong with Mike. Who knew that act would later be thrown back in our faces? When we asked to speak with the Assistant GM in Cody’s office, it was clear that Armen had no intention of making the situation better and was only concerned that the point of sale was 20 min ago when the gong was rang. My wife and I both work in customer service. We understand how the main goal of any successful company is sales and maintaining a positive customer relationship. You would think the fact that this would be our THIRD car purchased from ABC would have earned us a more respectful experience. Having your staff challenge us over the gong, snicker at us from afar, blatantly lie to us, and be generally rude is why we will take our business to a new dealership. Instead of going home with a new Sonata, we left with my wife in tears and me vowing to never shop with you again. I would of thought leaving the finance office, there would of been some sort of attempt to recover our business before leaving the lot, but no. Not even a phone call to try to get us back in. It seemed all to normal for your staff there to just let a sale walk clear out the front door. I am happy though to say we did end the day on a high note with a great Sonata. We went to Henderson Hyundai later that night and they made our car buying experience enjoyable and easy, everything ABC was not. The staff there treated us with respect, and have earned our trust and business for years to come. I only hope that in receipt of this, there are changes made at your store. There is massive room to grow and be better. In the time waiting in your showroom, I kept reading your ABC Promise on the huge banner displayed talking of making all the customers feel like a family member. This could not have been further from our experience. More

So very sorry I bought my car here one problem after another So this is my second review because I have yet another problem with this dealership and it is much worse then a bad tint job. When my husband and I bought our 2018 kona in March of 2018 we traded in our old 2002 toyota Corolla. We did get a decent trade value for it. We signed over the title and completed the paperwork with Trent the finance representative. Fast forward 5 months and a few issues with this dealership, on July 30th 2018 my husband received a letter from the las vegas parking authority stating he owed ticktes on the 2002 Corolla for no registration or plates. It had been ticketed downtown las vegas. The next day we called the parking authority and found out the car in fact had SEVERAL tickets the first being issued June 13th of 2018 for no plates no registration amd because he was the titled owner he was responsible. Now for the best part if the tickets remained unpaid they could have suspended his license! We explained that we traded in the car in March, and they told us we would have to come down and show a bill of sale or a waiver of liability. Now after going through our paperwork from the dealership we realized those documents were never given to us. And we remembered that the night we bought the kona they had just installed a new computer system and a lot of the documents couldnt be printed out and Trent was supposed to email copies and never did. So I tried to call the dealership when they first opened but was told by the receptionist that and I quote " well most of the people here dont answer the phone when they first get here because they like to settle in for the first 30 minutes" really? So after the already horrendous experience i have been through with the dealership in the past I was not going to leave a message I know would never be returned so I got in my car a went down there. Mind you I had just worked a graveyard shift and was exhausted and irritated that we had to deal with another situation this dealership caused. When I arrived the first person who approached me was not very pleasant. I explained to him I needed to speak with someone who handled titles and showed him the letter from the city, i explained the issue and told him I needed copies of the bill of sale and the waiver of liability. He told me my sales contract should be enough proof and I didnt need anything else. I then told him that parking authority was very specific on what they needed and the sales contract was not enough. He then smirked and rolled his eyes at me.... I was already upset that we had to deal with this crap, and he had the balls to roll his eyes. Well my anger level hit an all time high. I now snapped at him and asked him what he was smirking about? He then said I should calm down because this is no big deal. Really? No big deal. There is several hundred dollars in tickets against my husband for a car we no longer own that we gave to them and my husbands license could be suspended because they NEVER turned in the title, but it is no big deal. Now I am Irate. Finally the finance manager Cody comes over and I tell him what is going on, I get no apologies, no offer to fix anything, i just get attitude. Now the GM comes over I explained the situation to him, I then ask him what happened to the title to the Corolla, to which he refused to tell me. I then tell him I spoke to the DMV and they said you were supposed to turn in the title within 30 days of selling the car! He said yes that was correct. So I asked him again, if you sold the car what happened to the title? He wouldnt answer. By now I am fuming, because I am getting nothing but the run around and they could care less the city was coming after us for their screw up. He tells me I need to calm down, I will calm down when you get me the paperwork I need to fix this and tell me what happened to the car title. So he pulls out his phone and makes a call. He is now talking to someone saying "so great we can get her the paperwork? Ok I will have her call you" He hangs up the phone and tells me to call this person and writes down a number. I then ask him why do I have to call of you were just on the phone and could have had the person just email them to me? He snapped at me and said "because this is your problem not mine" I now lose it. I began to scream and say how is this my problem? You broke the law, didnt turn the title and now we are on the hook for tickets because of your shady dealership! He slams the number down at me and tells me to get out of his dealership. I stood up and told him to go where to go for himself, and I promised him i was filling charges with the DMV, the BBB, and Hyundai corporation so everyone will know how shady the dealership is. I left. So I called the number he gave me and spoke to a woman named alexia. She even said he could have just given her my email address, and I didnt need to call.(guess the GM just didnt want to deal with anything) So she promised to get the documents to me ASAP. A few hours later when I hadn't received anything I called her back to which she said that Cody the finance manager was supposed to email them to me. So that moron could have emailed them to me from the start and avoided all this and didnt. nice right? So when I said I still havent received anything she forwarded his email to me with the attached documents. The next day my husband and I had to take off work to go to the parking authority and show we no longer owned that Corolla. So I can thank ABC Hyundai for plenty of stress, aggravation, and missed time from work. And just so it is clear I have filed complaints with the DMV, the BBB, the dept of consumer affairs, Hyundai corporation and one against their security bond. This place is down right despicable and I hope they are held accountable for their actions. It is sad that I have to go to these lengths but they truly dont care and think they can do whatever and treat people however they see fit. We paid over 25k for a car and while we were signing the paperwork we were so important to them and they couldnt be nicer, but the second we drove off customer service was gone. Not once with all the issues did we get an apology, or an offer to fix things. They made it about me and how I had an attitude. Well didnt they realize they were the cause of my attitude? So I hope that people read my multiple reviews and think twice about buying a car here. Because it is important when your buying a car to not only have confidence in the car but you should be able to trust the dealership will do what they are supposed to do and treat you with some respect and ABC has failed at all of the above. Oil Change Turned Trade In 😂 It all started with a oil change and a tire rotation, then my wife told me to go look at the Kona and Tucson, then I walk back to my wife saying “Yeah It all started with a oil change and a tire rotation, then my wife told me to go look at the Kona and Tucson, then I walk back to my wife saying “Yeah they have them and they’re both really nice”. Then we both decided to go look again and Preston came to say hi and proceeded to show us the Kona and told us all the great features but my wife really had her eye on the Tucson, so we got to sit and feel for the Kona then the Tucson. Long story short we loved the Tucson and ended up trading in our Elantra GT and we are very Happy with our New Hyundai Tucson 2018!!! We were only suppose to get an Oil Change 😂 More

My mom and I went in for a double trade in for our accents to upgrade to SUV's. Cole was so helpful and informative on our multiple test drives ( we are indecisive people). Even though we took up his ENTIRE Saturday, he always kept a smile on his face and never a dull moment in conversation with us (& our talkative friends we brought with us). JC came and did the numbers for us and got both of us the best deals for our budgets. Negotiations took awhile but that's the norm in the biz. Cody in Finance was amazing too. He went over things very thoroughly and patient when I had him go over things repeatedly. This experience was much better from when I purchased my previous vehicle from another dealership! The guys were great and we are loving our SUV's. We got the call about our registration paperwork being ready in less than a week- and we have already registered them online. SO fast!! The lady at the cashier desk was so pleasant and helped us out with information on Blue Link when we picked up the registration paperwork ( I did not catch her name). More
