Bought a GMC Yukon XL back in February of 2022. Paid for in cash on day of purchase. Still haven't received my title for the vehicle. Numerous calls and one visit later still no title they say DM Paid for in cash on day of purchase. Still haven't received my title for the vehicle. Not to mention when i went to see the owner about refunding some of the money in which i paid for the title and tag and taxes his exact words were" I'm Not giving you one xxxx red cent!" and then laughed in my face.. Avoid this place at all cost. More

very kind yet very deceitful and dishonest.. rip off!!! this dealer is very dishonest the owner who i met was very nice yet very deceitful.. i bought a vw suv for my pregnant wife and they basically used b this dealer is very dishonest the owner who i met was very nice yet very deceitful.. i bought a vw suv for my pregnant wife and they basically used black electrical tape to cover up the engine light air bag and anything that was wrong with the car who knows maybe the speed meter was also replaced with a less mileage one. i had to really look and saw that the engine light had black electrical tape on it but only after i had sign the contract. the contract was pay downpayment and then get the truck overall i didnt know anything about apr or interest as i was young and stupid anyways the truck was working well when i test it. the next week when i got all the downpayment and went to pick it up, the truck wouldn't turn on. turns out the battery was bad.. i had to pay cash fo a new one. by now with the wife pregnant and out of money i coulnt back out but (now i think they swapt the battery after they sold it since they had other german cars) well after some month of pure nighmare the truck was wrecked and all the money from insurance went to the dealer we stayed with a huge debt still with no car i explain to him that i wasnt liable to pay the interest of the money that was already payed he agreed and dispute the claim on our credit report. WORST NIGHTMARE EVER im still traumatized by their scaming tactics cause most cars there are salvage or something is really wrong with the car but it dont matter because theyll black tape the warning lights so youll never find out. youll think everything is good on the car... but later youll find out the engine was bad or transmission was slipping stay away buy somewhere else and cash only paying interest will suck you dry.. but stay away from them they will hurt your credit and your wallet big time.. wost of all i lost the car and my job... worst experience ever but cant do anything cause your buying as is.. They would not give my money back .. and then two days later my mother get a call from her insurance company saying they filed a false claim on her policy. Vanessa who did my paper work. And is a manager was calling threatening me . And texting treating me I also saved messages. From them they just took my money and made me look stupid. They are. Wry unprofessional.. if your money means anything to you please don't use these con artists. I am going to show the messages to the bbband the authorities. More

HORRIBLE This car dealership took me for almost 4,000 on a car with a blue book value of only 2,000 and probably even less than that due to the condition. Their cars have broken down while on test drives. They are a very manipulative set of people and very very rude once they get your money. If I can save anyone from the xxxx I am going through with them with this review then so be it.
