As to regular maintenance, in and out in 2-3 hours or less depending on what I needed done, I had 1 recall, in and out the same day. Service is excellent. Prior to being a ford owner, i always owned a Chevy, and the service dept was terrible and they always seemed to say that I needed add'l service needed when all i anted was an oil change and filter.
