Good selection, good price, No pressure. I was sad to get rid of my last 1900s car, but it was no longer economical to maintain. No more rolling odometer you can read with the car shut off; no more cigarette lighter, ash tray or cassette player ;~( Although the best cars I ever had for reliability & handling were Honda Accord & Honda Acura Integra, I've also had good luck with some Fords - I didn't want to get in the Honda price range right now. So I got a 2013 Ford Focus. When you are on a limited income it's cheaper to maintain a generic American car, & there are plenty of good ones out there. I already knew more or less what I wanted but AKJ had a diverse selection when I was there. I had seen the vehicle on cargurus.com, then used the AKJ website. But I was undecided. Then they cut the price considerably below book which convinced me to go take a look. Allison and Katie are the nicest people in the world, and know what they're doing. They made all the formalities & paperwork easy. They coordinated with my insurance company & did the registration & got everything done way ahead of schedule. Ken the boss gave me a good price & is a good honest dealer. I was even given a little bit for trade-in for my rather depleted old car. (I recently replaced the rims, battery & windshield, but when the whole exhaust system started to fail, it was all over - you know when it's time; may you live that long) Often times a good privately owned vehicle can be found, but that involves luck, and if you want the reliability & convenience of professionals, it's a pleasure to do business with these people. More

AMAZING experience for first time car buyer I had a great experience at AKJ! This was my first time buying a car at a dealership rather than private party, this is only my second car and obvious I had a great experience at AKJ! This was my first time buying a car at a dealership rather than private party, this is only my second car and obviously I needed a lot of guidance along the way but the owner and especially Allison were so so kind honest and helpful. The only reason i took one star away if because I noticed a liquid leaking under the car and the owner said it was the AC. When I went and got the car recall fixed at the Honda dealership, they said it was my brake fluid leaking. I wish that it was checked out a little better but all in all I would recommend and I will be going back when I need another car! More

Professionalism ends when they get paid. Purchased a Ford Explorer about a month ago...Vehicle is ok...price is ok...what tweaked me was after...when I went to pick up the car, I found the ga Purchased a Ford Explorer about a month ago...Vehicle is ok...price is ok...what tweaked me was after...when I went to pick up the car, I found the gas gauge on E. I had just paid cash, (Just under 10Gs), and once the check cleared, it seems they washed their hands of responsibility to a customer. When I posted a review stating the above, the owner attacked me for it. He closed the attack by saying in part; "we shouldn't have to put gas in it for you to drive home..." total BS, AND SUCH A BUSH LEAGUE MOVE, but totally revealing of their philosophy: customer service ends, when the check is in their hands...dont patronize someone who doesn't appreciate the customer after the sale... More
