I’m giving 5 stars because they delivered the vehicle to me to Florida and overall They really worked at putting the deal together. I didn’t get a temp tag and the one off my trade in wasn’t transferred so me to Florida and overall They really worked at putting the deal together. The truck I bought also had a dent in the rear bumper that I didn’t see on video they sent me nor was it brought to my attention. It’s a 1 year old truck so I understand it’s not new, but at same time, I wish I had known about it. That being said, the truck is amazing and I’m happy with my purchase. I’d use this dealer again and would recommend them. More

Treated Like A Good Friend I came here for a scheduled oil change and it was the first time that I had been back here since last year. I tried to come for the UB4 recall in Febr I came here for a scheduled oil change and it was the first time that I had been back here since last year. I tried to come for the UB4 recall in February but it didn't work out. Although the Service Advisor ,Meghan, was a new face to me she greeted me as if we'd known one another for a long time. She was professional and knowledgeable with a wonderful personality. Thanks to her interpretation of another work order, I added a rear differential flush. The tech Al was another new face to me. I appreciated the fact that he didn't mind me observe him working and in the end he pointed out two important services that the car needed. I have scheduled the CVA service two weeks from now and the brake service will be scheduled later. My finances have been negatively affected due to this Covid-19 situation so I couldn't do both at the same time. The other important person I liked to mention is Derrick, the Service Manager.
