She quickly diagnosed the problem and worked tirelessly to get the repairs made and get us back on the road. Since the problem was caused by improper maintenance by our Michigan dealer she coordinated with them to get the repairs and payment completed. In spite of facing resistance and being treated disrespectfully by our dealership she handled herself in a very professional manner and was able to get them to admit responsibility for their mistakes. Thanks too to Antonio in sales who greeted us after service hours and helped arrange a ride to a local motel. We also truly appreciate the great service provided by Derek, Mark and Charles. More
