Bought a used car here when they were under the cloak of Jeff Smith and they were so adamant about getting me in one and working with me. I put the down-payment and left the car with them for a full inspect Jeff Smith and they were so adamant about getting me in one and working with me. I was very particular about the type of vehicle i needed because my son has a very rare disability that requires specialized seating for transportation. Being a widowed mother of 4 and this having been my first solo purchase since increasing my credit score remarkably, i let it be known that i needed a reliable vehicle that didn't put us down on the road. This vehicle's transmission failed before the second payment was due. By this time I find ALM were the new owners exactly 2 weeks after I had financed a car through them ad Jeff Smith. I also found out that the Jeff Smith dealerships service center was not at all equipped to fully service the vehicle I purchased from them. Then the transmission fails less than 2 months later but it passed inspection? The employees there could no longer help me though they were the same ones who sold me this car because they were now employees of ALM. I was advised of the Jeff Smith Auto Advantage Warranty that the Jeff Smith Ford my auto loan was now in the hands of could help me. The stress disrespect and heartache ive receieved after this process is ridiculous. I'm leaving this review under the new ownership because those employees are now their employees and not to discredit them completely just be aware with buying a used car from dealerships that don't sell that type of car off the lot because they could have easily took that car and got it inspected down the road at the dealership it was named after to see the car wasn't fit for sale before inconveniencing my entire life. And I wasn't offered an extended warranty because they said I wasn't approved for an extended warranty despite me stating I needed everything with the car so I wouldn't be stranded with my children ever without transportation. ALM may be wonderful but just be careful. Again I reiterate ALM DID NOT SELL ME THE VEHICLE. THEY BOUGHT JEFF SMITH TWO WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE BUT THEIR SALESMAN FINANCE AND MANAGER PEOPLE WHO SOLD ME THE CAR ARE STILL THERE. *ALSO I HAVE TAKEN IT TO JEFF SMITH FORD AND THUS BEGINS THE THREATS THE RUNAROUND AND THE SLICK INNUENDOS. They won't honor the jeff smith advantage warranty! I hate I trusted their employees!!! More

My most recent issue with the service department spans from Aug '23 to current. Bad blower motor on my vehicle. I had already replaced it once and it went out in 2 months. I asked for detailed diagnostics. I was told that the diagnostic fee would apply only if I did not have them repair the issue they found. They found the blower motor bad. They still charged me the diagnostic fee and additional labor charges in excess of 500 bucks to pull 3 screws on a blower motor and replace it, even though it was replaced with a genuine mopar part, I had to pay for the part again as well. 2 months after they replaced it, it goes out again. They did warranty this repair but they refused to call me with updates. The vehicle sat on the lot for months and I would have to call and wait on hold, get hung up on, no answer several times before I would get someone. They refuse to follow up. This got replaced again so we are on blower motor 3 now, and it goes out within 2 months. Back for warranty repair again and the part is on backorder. I did not leave my vehicle this time while waiting for the part. again, I could not get them to call me with updates. I had to continue to pester them for updates. I finally spoke to a service manager who told me that because I picked up my vehicle from the lot, I don't have a service ticket with them. So they do not do updates. Even though they have the part on order for me and they are pending warranty repair. I asked if that is how he would like his family to be treated as a customer and he refused to answer that question and said he would not be able to say what he wanted to say because the call was recorded. No empathy, No customer service skills. I understand parts don't just appear, but you can provide details to a customer who is waiting on a part. Very Bad service. More

The service supervisor, Austin told me he would not accept a check nor credit card from me only a debit card and I know they accept credit cards. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE from this dealership. After we were lied to and given the wrong car fax and found out the vehicle was in a wreck, they refused to do anything about it. By far the worst experience we have had with a dealership and their maintenance department/customer service. Our vehicle was under warranty and waiting 9 months without any success. The service department at this dealership has to be the worst in Georgia. I was charged $1400 to replace a water pump that costed $276. The remaining $1100 was labor and fees!! Then tried to charge me for both. Please do your research and found a shop with reputable and fair people. I will never have anything done at this place again!! More
