Wow!!! I’m still amazed by how swift and professional working with this AutoNation Ford Marietta was. As someone who was purchasing a car on their own for the first time, I was feeling very overwhelmed u working with this AutoNation Ford Marietta was. As someone who was purchasing a car on their own for the first time, I was feeling very overwhelmed until I stumbled upon a 2019 Ford Mustang on auto trader. I reached out to the company and was immediately contacted by Jamel Carter. In addition to reaching out, he explained the entire process to me and made me feel comfortable. I was told most car salesmen will attempt to force you into a vehicle. I NEVER felt forced and he was honest with me from start to finish. He even gave me his phone number so I could contact him at anytime with questions I had while doing my research. His professionalism and patience is the reason I decided to drive the 3.5 hours to view the car. That’s when I met him in-person. I also worked with his colleague, Andrew Mills, to finalize my paperwork. After test driving the car (they gave me the keys and told me to take all the time I needed to test it out), I returned and had fallen in love with the vehicle. Andrew went through all of the paperwork patiently and even served as my personal counselor as I discussed my personal relationship while we waited lol. Not once did Andrew seem rushed or bothered. He was very informative and understanding throughout the entire process. They were like family and they both really had my best interest at heart. The process was so quick and I still can’t believe they got me in and out so fast. This is my first experience with a car dealership but I am so happy I went with Jamel, Andrew, and Auto Nation. I have already recommended this company to all of my friends and two are returning next month to get cars. Trust me when I say....this is the dealership you need in your life!!! They also got my payments lower than the other competitors for the same car. They have a customer for life!!! I rarely write online reviews, but had a very negative experience here. To list the problems: - The car comes with a 5 day return policy to allow you to get your car checked by a mechanic. I purchased experience here. To list the problems: - The car comes with a 5 day return policy to allow you to get your car checked by a mechanic. I purchased the car on a Saturday, but was not allowed to take it until Tuesday - leaving a single day to get it checked out. It required a lot of convincing for them to set the 5 day window from when I actually received the car. - The car had multiple problems off of the lot. Necessary repairs totaled ~1000 dollars. - ~$100 of this was supposed to be covered under warranty. However, when I called the warranty office, they said they did not have my file. This issue is still not resolved. - My permanent tag did not arrive before my temporary tag expired - leaving my car legally undrivable. This issue is still not resolved. - The car did not come with a carjack. The dealer agreed to order one, but it did not arrive for a month. More

Service Center Is Understaffed and Overworked My family and I have owned Ford trucks for many years, but we won't be buying another, and we certainly won't have anything serviced here again. The bottom line is that the service department is overworked and understaffed, and trying to get anything done there is horribly painful. Don't buy any kind of service plan unless you want buyer's remorse. With this said, I want to be clear that this isn't the fault of the people that actually WORK there. There are some great people that work in there. I feel sorry for the people who work there because they have a hard job and clearly don't receive enough support. Perhaps management should cut their salaries and hire more workers/pay them better, or worry less about sales, and more about servicing their existing customers that have already paid them money. Simply not ethical to treat the service personnel or the customers like this. OWNER: Save the canned response. Go hire some people instead . More

It's rare these days to find a team of folks that holistically enjoy their jobs. No sweaty palms or second thoughts for my experience. I couldn't be happier to make this huge decision with the help of AutoNation Ford. I want to mention my sales associate, Greg Collins. He went out of his way to help me understand a feature of the manual transmission, that at first, stumped us. It took some time and a few phone calls, but in the end he wouldn’t let it go until we had our answers. To end this experience, I worked with Matthew Johnson in finance. He’s hands down one of the coolest, calm money guys you’ll ever have the pleasure of working with.
