Very disappointed in the dealership under the Autonation umbrella!! I bought this this van sight unseen, going by the salesman’s description. I bought aftermarket warranty and asked for price difference bet umbrella!! I bought this this van sight unseen, going by the salesman’s description. I bought aftermarket warranty and asked for price difference between $100 deductible and zero deductible, that text went unanswered. I flew into Atlanta and paid for an Uber to get me to the dealership. When I arrived I noticed two things immediately. The window washer nozzle was missing and the passenger seat trim was broken. They got me a new nozzle but said trim was not included under the Autonation certified vehicle! Yikes!! While driving back to Tampa, the check engine light came on, the oil reset had not been reset even though it was Autonation certified. The sync system is failing and the ac is barely descent, surely not cold. Both Sun visors are hanging, not in the up position. Trim is missing from driver slider and driver slider is super hard to get closed. Today I found the driver seat is not attached on the rear corner, DANGEROUS!!! So there’s my thoughts, only cost a penny. Beware of Autonation certified, it means NOTHING!! More
