BEWARE ! ALM Nissan of Newnan replaced my engine in my 2019 Titan pick up truck under my extended warranty. After the work was completed, I noticed my tailgat ALM Nissan of Newnan replaced my engine in my 2019 Titan pick up truck under my extended warranty. After the work was completed, I noticed my tailgate was dented and creased, my leather wrapped steering wheel had scratches and marks in it, mostly all my clips and screws were missing out of both of my plastic wheel wells. They left bolts sitting outside on the cowl of my vehicle by my wiper blades. The right rear chrome door handle was scratched and ruined. The General manager Charles refused to fix most of the damage and told me it was preexisting and basically called me a liar. He was supposed to mail the plastic clips to my house fedex well it's been months now and still nothing. I wouldn't let this dealership change my oil no less ever touch any of my vehicles again. So who ever reads this message please use another Nissan Dealership. They aren't even affiliated with the Better Business bureau. Terrible experience. More

Today, 9/14/26, I went to the sales dept and was clear: I am here to sell my Porsche Panamera and not to buy a car but when I do buy a car, it will be a Cadillac Lyric. However, I am here for an appraisal, IF you are interested in buying it. I waited and the man comes back and asks me to follow him, he then shows me 3 Lyric's on his computer screen. Unbeknowst to him, I just left Honda of Newnan and received an offer, but I wanted another offer to compare it against. Honda of Newnan was AMAZING and NO PRESSURE whatsoever. I told the guy at ALM Nissan of Newnan that if/when I buy a Lyric, it will likely be from Hendricks because they have the BEST car warranties. His reply was "Well, why don't you go there are get an appraisal". HE WAS SUPER DUPER RUDE for no reason because I was CLEAR that I was there to get an offer on my Porsche. I grabbed my keys and left laughing at the absurdity and IGNORANCE. I then called my parents, D & W James, who have purchased every vehicle from ALM Nissan of Newnan and told my mother that if she EVER in life purchases another vehicle from them, I will disown her and I will pay for any car deposit required at any other dealership. She then reminded me that the last car purchase from ALM Nissan of Newnan was made by my Dad WITHOUT her consent or approval because they were so high pressured and RUDE. I left there and told everyone at Bath & Body Works that would listen about my negative experience and will continue to discourage anyone I know from spending a dime at this location! Next time, just say, you are not interested in purchasing any cars unless it's a trade in! More
