3 Hour Oil Change I made an appointment for an oil change and oil change only. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and told the Service Consultant I would be a I made an appointment for an oil change and oil change only. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and told the Service Consultant I would be a waiting customer for the oil change. Two and a half hours later I checked with service consultant on status of oil change and was told the car was still in the lot because the service consultant "forgot" to deliver the service order to the shop so I waited another 30 minutes to complete the oil change. Three hours total for a scheduled oil change is too long! Service consultant apologized for the oversight and didn't charge for the oil change. More
