I went to Nissan of Newnan to purchase a Nissan Maxima. Norman Davis was my sales person, and he did a phenomenal job. Best Salesman - Jermaine Kesler The salesman Jermaine Kesler was very persistent. He first reached out to me in July. Due to my schedule I never had the time to actually come out for an appointment. He was not over bearing but he stayed in contact with me until finally I came 2 months later. During causal conversation about my first car buying experience he unnoticeably took note of everything I wanted. He came back and said "I have your car for you, come with me." Not only does it have every thing I need (leg room) but it has a lot of things I wanted (sun roof, remote start...). He is AWESOME! Down to earth and easy to talk to. I will recommend him over and over again. More

Disappointed in profound lack of efficiency in service I arrived at 9:30 am for my 10 am appointment. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for a space in the drive in to clear, as cars were being vacuumed in I arrived at 9:30 am for my 10 am appointment. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for a space in the drive in to clear, as cars were being vacuumed in the intake lanes. I had pre-ordered the tires I wanted for my car and was told they would be there when I arrived. At intake, the service rep asked what kind they were. He pulled up the available products for my car, and I pointed out the ones I had ordered and asked why my record wasn’t annotated that I had already ordered them. I asked that my oil be changed while the car was there. At 11:15, I was told that the tires “would probably be there by noon”. The same tires that were pre-ordered! If they had called me to say the tires weren’t there yet, I’d have changed my appointment to a later time. At 3 pm, the rep comes to tell me my car needs a coolant flush and a brake fluid flush, to the tune of about $400. At no time during checkin when my service record is up on the computer does the rep advise me that these services are due...that the coolant flush was WAY past due in fact! So, I feel that after 5 1/2 hours sitting there with no news, there is an attempt to upsell me (I’m an older white female) for services I don’t need. Services needed should have been discussed at intake! Don’t the service reps review their appointments each morning so they will be alert to what is needed for each vehicle?! What the point otherwise?? The rep insists that the coolant has never been flushed, so I agree to the services. I’m there another 1 1/2 hours waiting while services that SHOULD have been done while the car was sitting there waiting for the tires to be delivered is done AFTER the tire work and at the last possible minute. I sat in the waiting room for SEVEN hours for services that were done at the last minute in a two hour time span!! And, I’m still not sure I wasn’t taken advantage of with an upsell of possibly unnecessary services. Both of the service reps I previously used and liked mysteriously have gone to work at other dealerships, which brings up the specter of bad management. I don’t feel that either would have let my car, purchased at that same dealership, go 20,000+ miles over the required time without a coolant flush! I went into the showroom out of boredom and was ignored by three salesmen chatting together. I went outside to look at a pickup truck displayed in front. Two salesmen out there chatting didn’t even acknowledge my presence. When I asked a question about the truck, they both looked bored and gave short answers, not asking if I would like to see one. (I was interested, by the way). Several dressed up people were in and out of the dealership, not talking to customers, but who gave the impression that perhaps they were new owners or new management. The tone of what was once a great dealership was very different from my visit in the summer. To say I was inconvenienced and VERY disappointed is putting it too mildly! Now I don’t know if I can trust the work done on the car I bought there! Several other people complained about the lack of service while I was in the waiting area, so I’m not the only one noticing differences. My car was moved to the driveway and say there for 20+ minutes waiting for some one to notify me and let me pay for the services and get out of there. I was given $40 off my $1200+ bill. Has the dealership changed hands? Why are all the service reps (and probably the sales staff) new in the last few months? There were three service reps on duty and they couldn’t handle everything, even with appointments. I won’t buy a new Nissan, or at least one there, if the attitude and service doesn’t change back to the friendly and efficient way it used to be. Tripp, the service rep I dealt with this time, was a very nice young man, but he was totally swamped. The lack of coordination in providing services in a logical and timely manner caused 90% of the problems that day. If there was a ma Agee on duty in the service area, there was no evidence of it. When/if I go back again for service, you can bet that I will insist that my car service record be reviewed for any possible additional services BEFORE the car is taken to the service garage area!! More
