Grifter Behavior I have been trying to reach out to the owner or who ever is in charge of Nissan of Newnan, I’ve called and left messages for the past 3 weeks to speak I have been trying to reach out to the owner or who ever is in charge of Nissan of Newnan, I’ve called and left messages for the past 3 weeks to speak to the owner, the general manager to no avail, on the home page of Nissan of Newnan it says that the core values of this company is Honesty & Integrity, which is a lie, how can you have a core value of honesty and integrity when you will not honor the basic aspects of car buying. We bought a vehicle from Nissan of Newnan and having our own financing the deal should have went smoothly, the deal went smooth and dealing with the salesman Colby is an asset to this company he is extremely professional and courteous. After that then dealing with the payoff where is the core value in which you claim to have that is a lie. Purchasing the vehicle on 6/7/19, it is now 7/6/19, and the vehicle we traded in is still not paid off, I’ve called for the past 3 weeks and all I got was the run around, and lies. The handling of the payoff of this dealership is pathetic I've purchased vehicles for years and I have never ever been through anything like this, then the most disgraceful, atrocious, and scandalous behavior I have ever witnessed in my life was speaking to Renee Campbell at Nissan. I spoke to Renee Campbell, first she said she denied knowing anything about the loan, then when I ask to speak to whoever is in charge then she claimed the check for the payoff of the vehicle was in her desk drawer, I asked why was the check in your desk drawer? Obviously she didn’t respond but said she will pay the vehicle off that day I asked to send me a receipt showing that the vehicle is paid off. A couple hours later I receive a email from Renee saying that the vehicle is paid off, but if you read the heading of the receipt it say payoff quote receipt, in which you must get a payoff quote in order to pay a vehicle off that still do not mean the vehicle is paid off, now each time I call Renee I’m directed to VM, and calling the two general managers at Nissan of Newnan, leaving a message who refuse to accept my calls or return my calls just show the inadequacy of the head of the snake and lets me know and any buyers this dealership has no core values. Renee and any other individual that lies and refuses to pay off vehicles that can affect an individuals credit needs to be terminated. Nissan of Newnan your actions speak louder than any of your dubious words or promises made by this company, and because we believed this company had some type of ethical standards, we now have to pay the car note on a vehicle we do not presently own because it was traded to Nissan of Newnan exactly 29 days ago to keep from ruining our credit, buyers beware of grifter like behavior from this company Nissan of Newnan. More

Purchase I purchase a 2016 Nissan Maxima June 7 I have a trade in its going on a month and my trade in has not been paid off yet . My husband spoke with a Rene I purchase a 2016 Nissan Maxima June 7 I have a trade in its going on a month and my trade in has not been paid off yet . My husband spoke with a Renee Campbell first she was not sure what was going on with the payoff so my husband ask to speak with a manager someone over her. And surprise she said that the check was in her drawer. My husband ask will it be paid off and Ms. Campbell said that She will pay it off today Electronically so my husband ask please send me a receipt once it has been paid off. Ms. Campbell said that she wasn’t sure how to send a receipt ok. So about 12::56 Campbell sent us a price quote receipt making it seem like it was a receipt that paid off my trade in. As of today my car is not paid off and an I am begin charged lates fees for a car that I don’t have. Either I pay my trade in know are wait until Nissan of Newman pay it off an have it affect my credit. This is unacceptable and I should not have to chase them down to get my trade in paid off. More

Love the People, Question the Accuracy Of Repair Quotes I have used Nissan of Newnan for all service needs on my car since they open (about 7 years). The vast majority of my interaction with them have bee I have used Nissan of Newnan for all service needs on my car since they open (about 7 years). The vast majority of my interaction with them have been positive. I have had numerous oil changes, brake, battery, filter, and AC repairs on my 11 year old Nissan. My most recent interaction occurred on 6/1/2019. My car's check engine light had come on, I was unable to drive over 35 mph. After leaving my car at the dealership for an express tech inspection. I was told by Karen that I need a new Catalytic Converter, to replace the 4 engine coils, and replace the 6 spark plugs. The total amount to fix all this was quoted as $2,850.00. I decided that was too much to invest in an 11 year old car. I decided to purchase a new car. My mom asked if she could take my old car to her local mechanic and see if he could fix it cheaper. Long story short, the mechanic did replace the 4 engine coils and 6 spark plugs. Total repairs cost just over $911.00. The mechanic said the catalytic convert was fine that it was just oil leaking on the engine coils that was the issue. The car has been driving great for my mom. Unfortunately, I had already purchased a new vehicle. I still would recommend Nissan of Newnan for basic maintenance issues (oil brakes, battery, etc). However, when it comes to major car repairs ( assuming you have the ability to) do get a second opinion. More
