Unexpected Service The normal high quality service I received from Nissan of Newnan the past 5 years was not present this time around. I was totally shocked and disappo The normal high quality service I received from Nissan of Newnan the past 5 years was not present this time around. I was totally shocked and disappointed. Could have been due to my normal service advisors were not present. Nevertheless, I was not please with the customer service I received. The price quoted initially was over the service requested in advance. The additional service needed was delayed due to my vehicle being brought out as finished had to be brought back into service behind other patrons who were after me. The normal process I have received in the past involves a service advisor advising me of other issues with my vehicle while in the service area. Inquiring on rather I would like for them to treat the issue right then and there. I hope to see my normal service advisor next time, Karen Pritchard or Christi Gates, if not, I will not be back. More
