Courteous service, . Courteous service. A littlw upset with finance dept...they allowed huaband and I to pay our $1200 dwn pmt and go thru complete loan process and sent u Courteous service. A littlw upset with finance dept...they allowed huaband and I to pay our $1200 dwn pmt and go thru complete loan process and sent ua out in our new auto only to contact us nearly 1 month later to let us know they coukd not get financing cuz they couldnt verify husbands income. I was even told thru a text from salesman that I needed to contact his asap before dealership reported tue car stolen. I spent the next 2 days finding someone to go on loan with me or leave the car with dealersip. Juat confuaed why they waited an entire month to inform us they failed to get financing. We ended up in a completely different vehicle the 2nd trip to dealership. I also had to provide certain papers several times because I guess they misplaces them. Even after leaving the "original" copy of check stub I was notified a week later them needing that check stub AGAIN! Appear unorganized! More

I feel he gave a very reasonable allowance on my trade as well as an attractive price on the Altima. Fernando in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well. I felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase an extended warranty although I opted to. In addition, Karen Turner also was helpful going over the options and even paired my phone pairing with Bluetooth for me! In the end, I had a very smooth & positive experience with Nissan of Newnan & would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
