Need to Get Everything Working We went for an oil change. The service rep, Christi, was awesome even though she was short-staffed and busy. She did a great job. Overall time for oil change was better than the last time. It was an hour+. The big disappointment was the theater room. We asked several individuals to fix the movie and if it was possible to get popcorn. Both times, we were told they'd be right back, however, after over an hour wait, NO ONE came to fix the movie or even to let us know. My thought is...if you have this available for your customers why isn't it working? More

Looking to trade for truck I have been wanting a truck so I didn't have to borrow one from family members when one was needed. I inquired about a vehicle the dealership had, a 2 I have been wanting a truck so I didn't have to borrow one from family members when one was needed. I inquired about a vehicle the dealership had, a 2012 f150. I did have much spare time because I work a lot of hours doing the week so most of the process I did over the phone. They said they had gotten the deal I wanted so I came in to finalize the deal. Once I got there the woman at the front told me she would contact the sales rep I was working with (CJ) and was told to wait in the waiting area. She forgot about me so 40 mins later I reminded her. BTW the place was not busy at all. I test drove the truck and it seemed ok so it was time to finish the deal. I sat at a desk waiting to get the paperwork for probably 30 mins. I took a look at it and it was nowhere close to being what we had discussed plus the truck was almost $5000 over kbb's fair market value for it. The manager came out and said dropping the price to the fair market value would not help enough. I asked for may car keys back and thanked them for wasting my time. There is more details to the story but don't feel like typing much more. My main problem with the place was bait and switch tactics and about an hour and half of the time I spent there was watching TV our playing on my phone waiting for someone. Also for the deal they offered me I could have got a new 2018 4dr 4wd Tacoma from across the street. More

Salesperson not truthfull Ricky Simpson) i purchased a vehicle from Nissan in early December. my sakes person. promised to add illuminated kick plates on the car. i contacted Rickey Simpso i purchased a vehicle from Nissan in early December. my sakes person. promised to add illuminated kick plates on the car. i contacted Rickey Simpson ( salesperson) numerous tunes. he works promise to call me back and never did. we went out to have the locks put on wheels abs no work oder was sent by him for illuminates kick plates. as if current i have not been cintacted by Ricky Simpson. this guy does not keep his word.
