Bad news at the beginning and no phone call I was told when I arrived that Nissan Of Newnan would not be honoring the service plan I bought from NISSAN anymore because it was not the dealer I bo I was told when I arrived that Nissan Of Newnan would not be honoring the service plan I bought from NISSAN anymore because it was not the dealer I bought the car from. My LEGAL contract states I can take it to ANY Nissan dealership. THEN I received no phone call when my car was ready; just had to show up and see. The people who actually do the services, I am sure, are great. Never had a problem with that part. The people out front are the problem. Nissan of Newnan Service Center is the best anywhere! I purchased my 2016 Nissan Sentra at Nissan of Newnan. The battery died over the weekend. Since my car was less than two years old, I called Karen i I purchased my 2016 Nissan Sentra at Nissan of Newnan. The battery died over the weekend. Since my car was less than two years old, I called Karen in the service center. She said this was under warranty and would replace it for no charge. Nissan of Newnan replaced the battery with a lifetime warranty. They also ran my car through the car wash and vacuumed the rugs! Can't ask for more than that! I highly recommend Nissan of Newnan!! More
