Slow & Always asking for more money Dealership had my vehicle for a week. I believed that everything would be covered under the extended warranty that I purchased. Surely if it wasn't co Dealership had my vehicle for a week. I believed that everything would be covered under the extended warranty that I purchased. Surely if it wasn't covered my prepaid maintenance plan would take over. As I found out that neither covers bolts, switches, and anything regarding brakes. I am still wondering what would ever be covered by my prepaid maintenance plan. However, I was told that I must pay to get my vehicle back, and not to mention it's $40 more than quoted. When I questioned the difference in amount I was told that I must pay to get the vehicle back. Vehicle's computer still doesn't work. Car wasn't vacuumed or cleaned before return. It looked worse when I got it back than when it was dropped off. So if you ask me, Nissan of Newnan is a nuisance. More
Quick Got in at 8am and out in 45 minutes or less. So glad there’s a playroom so my toddler son was entertained. Bad news at the beginning and no phone call I was told when I arrived that Nissan Of Newnan would not be honoring the service plan I bought from NISSAN anymore because it was not the dealer I bo I was told when I arrived that Nissan Of Newnan would not be honoring the service plan I bought from NISSAN anymore because it was not the dealer I bought the car from. My LEGAL contract states I can take it to ANY Nissan dealership. THEN I received no phone call when my car was ready; just had to show up and see. The people who actually do the services, I am sure, are great. Never had a problem with that part. The people out front are the problem. And if what they say is true about the my service plan, why did I not get a notice in the mail, an email, a phone call? POOR customer service Nissan More
Nissan of Newnan Service Center is the best anywhere! I purchased my 2016 Nissan Sentra at Nissan of Newnan. The battery died over the weekend. Since my car was less than two years old, I called Karen i I purchased my 2016 Nissan Sentra at Nissan of Newnan. The battery died over the weekend. Since my car was less than two years old, I called Karen in the service center. She said this was under warranty and would replace it for no charge. Nissan of Newnan replaced the battery with a lifetime warranty. They also ran my car through the car wash and vacuumed the rugs! Can't ask for more than that! I highly recommend Nissan of Newnan!! More

Bad customer service My husband and I went to look at a new car at this dealership. Upon arriving, we were "greeted" by a pompas jerk who looked down his nose at us as if My husband and I went to look at a new car at this dealership. Upon arriving, we were "greeted" by a pompas jerk who looked down his nose at us as if we couldn't afford anything on his lot. He didn't even introduce himself. We approached one of the new vehicles and we went to open it and he said "I keep them locked" He didn't offer to go get the keys for us to look at it. I will never set foot in this place again! More
