Great Service Department! Nissan of Newnan’s service department is one of the Best. Karen P. my service advisor was very good and she knew how take care of the customer. She did everything she could to make my many trips to Nissan as pleasurable as possible. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to get things done. Karen’s positive attitude and her love for Nissan and her customers is second to none. But I also want to thank the service manager for giving the service advisors the power to make their own decisions. Each case has to be evaluated and the right thing needs to be done on a case by case basis and so far that’s been the case here with Karen and her team. Solid Service Center for my Maxima I had my 50k service performed along with purchasing new tires. They were running a sale (buy 3 and get fourth for $1) but said it didn;t apply for Mi I had my 50k service performed along with purchasing new tires. They were running a sale (buy 3 and get fourth for $1) but said it didn;t apply for Michelin tires. Cristy did a good job ordering the specific Michelin tires I wanted and agreed to price match any of the tires stores in the area. Install, alignment, balance, etc was great and car drives better than new. More
