Our sales guy was very nice and helped us alot. I had a great experience with my sales person (Delvin) no complains what so ever. He was more than helpful but when it came to the financial person he I had a great experience with my sales person (Delvin) no complains what so ever. He was more than helpful but when it came to the financial person he was so rude. He never once introduce himself or even shook hands at all so I don't even know what his name was. He wouldn't even let Delvin bring us a chair so we can sit down to wait while he brought us the receipt. My mom and I waited for about 10 min or so. I waited standing due to I have to let my mom sit due to her age. When the financial guy finally came back he acted like he had an attitude the whole time. He needs to be re-trained on customer service. Other than that it was great. More

Tripp is an excellent service representative! I thought I knew how it would go. I was trying to have my oil and wipers changed and tires rotated the Friday morning of Labor Day weekend and I knew I thought I knew how it would go. I was trying to have my oil and wipers changed and tires rotated the Friday morning of Labor Day weekend and I knew I'd be stuck at the dealership for hours and then get stuck in the terrible Atlanta traffic on my way out of town for my big camping trip. But the very opposite happened. Tripp my rep got me in and out in under 60 minutes and I got out of Atlanta before the traffic hit! I had a great weekend. Thanks Tripp and Nissan! More
