Maintenance the easy way The team at Nissan of Newnan was very friendly and happy to set a regular maintenance service appointment for 09:30. I anticipated some repairs would The team at Nissan of Newnan was very friendly and happy to set a regular maintenance service appointment for 09:30. I anticipated some repairs would be necessary so I requested a complimentary loaner car. The basic service did not meet the threshold to rate one. After being at the dealership for a couple of hours waiting for the recommendation of the tech, I was informed of some brake work that is necessary and I approved it. I was disappointed that I was now offered a complimentary car because I would still need to return the car by 4 pm. If I could have gotten the loaner when I arrived my experience would have been A1. More

I'm afraid to go back there! The "new" general manager is very hostile! I could not believe his response to my concern, he raised his voice and was very aggressive.
