I arrived at approximately 12:30, with no prior appointment other than a frantic call about tires in stock. They took great care of me, and checked on me regularly during the maintenance, but the total time to replace 2 tires was over 3 hours. I had brought my cell phone and a laptop to work while they worked, and both ran out of battery power before they finished. But finish they did. Great new tires and a freshly washed car to boot. More
