Awesome as usual Tripp was amazing to work with, Nissan is lucky to have him as an employee - especially in the service center. Tripp called when my car was ready and Tripp was amazing to work with, Nissan is lucky to have him as an employee - especially in the service center. Tripp called when my car was ready and even informed that it may need an alignment- which they were able to take care of the same visit. When I came back to pick up my car it seemed like organized chaos. I mean this in a good way. While it seemed chaotic from the outside looking in, the staff seemed calmed and collected and taking care of everyone in a timely and organized fashion. After taking care of me and during the hustle of everything- Tripp offered to bring my car up to the entrance of the service center - I told him not worry about it because it looked like he had plenty to do without having to add another “to do” to his list. I appreciate that he was willing to do that for me, but I couldn’t allow him to stop taking care of other customers just so I wouldn’t have to walk a few feet. This is genuine customer care that you don’t see every day. More
