Oops! Had service on car Wednesday. Noticed a fluttering sound in engine afterwards. Called service dept back and scheduled a recheck. Went in Monday for Had service on car Wednesday. Not a huge deal, but did take up my time and fuel to get there. Did wash my car for me, which is always a plus. Very nice service employees. More

Battery Warning Light My battery warning light came on twice in about a 3 day period. Eric took the time to put it on the computer because when the battery was tested, eve My battery warning light came on twice in about a 3 day period. Eric took the time to put it on the computer because when the battery was tested, everything tested good, including the alternator. When he had it hooked up to the computer, that is when he discovered it was really the alternator that was not performing properly, causing battery issues, which is why the warning light was coming on. In order to properly repair the vehicle, it needed both the alternator and the battery replaced. Great service!!! A technician I fully trust, and will request again, if needed in the future. Both Brad and Tripp are awesome to work with, too. Very friendly and quick to get my vehicle in the shop. Even though I drive a Chrysler, they are very knowledgeable about all makes!! That is a plus!!! More
