Christi (My Service Advisor) Christi has always gone above and beyond to assist me with servicing my vehicle. She assured that my vehicle gets the service that it needs when it ne Christi has always gone above and beyond to assist me with servicing my vehicle. She assured that my vehicle gets the service that it needs when it needs it and done right. Regarding sales, I came across a used Lexus IS350 before driving off the service lot after my visit. Norman Davis was the salesman that I dealt with. Top-notch guy who is very honest and upfront. The Manager, Sergio (I may have gotten his name wrong) was helpful but I felt he could have done better in trying to get me into that car. In the end, the dealer did not want to close the deal on terms that would benefit the both of us. I don’t think the dealer considers the fact that customers have to take on these loans for long periods of time while they (the dealer) can turn a profit almost overnight. I will continue to visit Christi for service with my Maxima, but I know where they stand as far as selling vehicles. More
