Say anything to make a sale then forget about you My wife and I recently purchased a used 2015 Nissan Leaf from this dealership. I was excited about the car but I have had a terrible experience purcha My wife and I recently purchased a used 2015 Nissan Leaf from this dealership. I was excited about the car but I have had a terrible experience purchasing it and would not recommend this dealership to anyone else. We were pressured into buying a car sooner than we felt comfortable, as part of this we were promised a check for $500 to help cover our remaining lease payments. We found out our contract didn't actually go through even though Tameka, the member of finance who helped us set it up, said everything was approved when we took the car. Apparently they wouldn't finance the agreed upon amount, we'd gotten a rejection letter which we had called about and they said it was an error and everything was fine. But when their website wouldn't let us make our first payment we called about it and they realized the contract wasn't fine. So they brought us back in to redo the contract lowering the monthly payment slightly and Taurus, the finance director, assured us we'd still get the check for $500 and I believe he was sincere. We never got the check and when we called about it they told us with the new contract they couldn't give us the check "sorry, but that's the way it is". Besides being lied to I'm upset because every step of this process was painfully slow because Nathan didn't return my calls, emails, or voice mails until I started asking for a manager. I was constantly told everything was fine until they had to admit it wasn't and by then it was too late to do anything about it. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. More
