Sales man lied about the mechanical aspects of vehicle Sales man stated that they sent the used vehicle I bought to another local dealership for inspection he stated it was mechanically sound. No way it was inspected by local dealership To many issues. Took it to my mechanic 4 out of the 8 cylinders were mis-firing ( was not a problem on test drive because the mis-firing didn't start until i got to interstate speed) None of the roads in the area had a speed limit of 50 mph or more. 4 out of the 8 have compression loss rear driver rotor was wrapped and needed brakes. . Since i made this purchase 3 weeks ago i have had to do the following 1. replace 8 coil packs 2 replace 8 spark plugs 3 replace air filter 4 replace oil filter ( with oil change) 5 pay mechanic for inspection 6. pay mechanic for fuel system clean 7 replace fuel filter 8 replace brake pads on all 4 wheels 9 replace rear passenger side brake rotor 10 buy new alarm remotes More

1st Experience w/Nissan Sales & Service Brad did a great job of taking care of my "new baby"!! I just purchased a beautiful brand new 2018 Platinum Murano and I am in LOVE!! But the steerin Brad did a great job of taking care of my "new baby"!! I just purchased a beautiful brand new 2018 Platinum Murano and I am in LOVE!! But the steering was not right the day I picked it up but I just thought it was tight from being brand new! So I kept driving it thinking it would become less tight. A couple of weeks later it was not getting any better! So I drove it up to Nissan and Brad said the power steering fluid was at the minimum level which meant the original dealership did not do their initial point check and neither did the Newnan location once transferred here. So it was quickly topped off with power steering fluid and all other fluids were also checked! My 'baby' was washed and vacuumed then returned all shiny and now drives like a $60k luxury car! Brad made sure to inform me that I can come by anytime for a FREE CAR WASH and a discounted oil change on "Women's Wednesday's" too! More
