We happened to find a Chrysler Town and Country online at Nissan of Newnan and we are both happy we decided to stop there. First, Trevor, showed me the vehicle and when I voiced some of the cosmetic problems he said "he would see what he could do". Most times these are just words but when I came back to look at the vehicle that afternoon, it looked great. There were still stains on the carpet from the previous owner, Stan the Sales Manager came out and offered to shampoo and dye the carpet. Next came time for the numbers. Surprisingly there were no hard core tactics. KD the finance manager came out and assured me he would get me a great rate. When I saw the rate it was better than my Credit Union. The paperwork went smooth and I really enjoyed the experience. Thank you guys and I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. More

Recently purchased 2016 Mustang. I gave this dealership 5 stars because this was by far the best dealership I had gone to while shopping for my car. I had visited 12 dealerships in 2 weeks looking for the best deal I could get, all while wanting good customer service. Not only did nissan of newnan offer the best price, but their customer service was great and they were always willing to help, even after I purchased the vehicle when dealing with receiving my license plate. Great I was on a search for my first car, I had been to every dealership in newnan and also a few of the used car lots in newnan and in the outskirts of new I was on a search for my first car, I had been to every dealership in newnan and also a few of the used car lots in newnan and in the outskirts of newnan. Then I happened upon the nissan dealership and I got my friend to bring us to the back of the lot so we wouldn't be bothered by anyone, and immediately when we get out of the car this car salesman walks up to us, I was so annoyed since every dealership I went to I was harassed by there car sales men wanting me to by these expensive cars that I couldn't afford and talking to me for hours when I needed to leave that I almost got back in the car and left. But I am so glad I didn't, the car salesman who walked up to us and was by far the best salesman/retail helper I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, even my friend who drove me there that day said he was beyond incredible. If every car sales man was as great/nice/put in as much effort as he did, people would want to go to car dealerships every year and get a new car. He is no where near all the rumors, that I found to be true at all the other dealerships, of how annoying and pushy car salesman are. And even on the day of purchase and after both the car salesman and the financial helper did everything they could to help me and make the experience enjoyable! More

But I am so blessed and glad I came across this dealer online!!! Cheryl, the Digital Sales Representative, worked with me in setting up an appointment and followed up when had to cancel the 1st one. I told them upfront I didn't want to be pressured, and they honored that. I finally made it there on April 6th, and by far it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! They have a wonderful and clean facility. They make you feel right at home.I was greeted by the manger Brad, and he connected me with Sales rep Chris Dean. He was awesome! He took time in explaining everything and gave me two great options to choose from. They don't waste your time as they know its valuable. I came in thinking I'd have an issue getting a good car due to some credit issues, but they will work with you as best as possible. No pressure, very honest and up front which I what I value. I decided to go with the 2017 Nissan Rouge SUV and I am in love. Even the dreaded financial paperwork was easy to get through. Shout out to Kelvin (KD) Davis for making that process better than I anticipated! Before I left the dealership, I had a walk through of the car with Gabby, the Delivery Specialist. I felt a weight lifted and pride when I drove off the lot. There follow up is awesome too. I can't say enough about this dealership.
