Unhappy I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge in December 2016. Every time I go for service it takes 2 or more hours. Today I needed my car jack I couldn't find it I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge in December 2016. Every time I go for service it takes 2 or more hours. Today I needed my car jack I couldn't find it in my Rouge so I call Nissan I was put on hold and then hung up on 6 times I regret to have ever bought this vehicle, comes to find out they didn't put one in my car, they wanted to sell me one, Really? Figured spending 31,000 on a car it would come with a jack. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

Not only did nissan of newnan offer the best price, but their customer service was great and they were always willing to help, even after I purchased the vehicle when dealing with receiving my license plate. Excellent Experience My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past couple of weeks both online and at the dealerships. We happened to find a Chrysler Town a My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past couple of weeks both online and at the dealerships. We happened to find a Chrysler Town and Country online at Nissan of Newnan and we are both happy we decided to stop there. First, Trevor, showed me the vehicle and when I voiced some of the cosmetic problems he said "he would see what he could do". Most times these are just words but when I came back to look at the vehicle that afternoon, it looked great. There were still stains on the carpet from the previous owner, Stan the Sales Manager came out and offered to shampoo and dye the carpet. Next came time for the numbers. Surprisingly there were no hard core tactics. KD the finance manager came out and assured me he would get me a great rate. When I saw the rate it was better than my Credit Union. The paperwork went smooth and I really enjoyed the experience. Thank you guys and I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. More

Great I was on a search for my first car, I had been to every dealership in newnan and also a few of the used car lots in newnan and in the outskirts of new I was on a search for my first car, I had been to every dealership in newnan and also a few of the used car lots in newnan and in the outskirts of newnan. Then I happened upon the nissan dealership and I got my friend to bring us to the back of the lot so we wouldn't be bothered by anyone, and immediately when we get out of the car this car salesman walks up to us, I was so annoyed since every dealership I went to I was harassed by there car sales men wanting me to by these expensive cars that I couldn't afford and talking to me for hours when I needed to leave that I almost got back in the car and left. But I am so glad I didn't, the car salesman who walked up to us and was by far the best salesman/retail helper I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, even my friend who drove me there that day said he was beyond incredible. If every car sales man was as great/nice/put in as much effort as he did, people would want to go to car dealerships every year and get a new car. He is no where near all the rumors, that I found to be true at all the other dealerships, of how annoying and pushy car salesman are. And even on the day of purchase and after both the car salesman and the financial helper did everything they could to help me and make the experience enjoyable! More
