Amazing Service and Experience I dreaded having to buy a new car when last car started having major issues and also from past car buying experiences I had. But I am so blessed and glad I came across this dealer online!!! Cheryl, the Digital Sales Representative, worked with me in setting up an appointment and followed up when had to cancel the 1st one. I told them upfront I didn't want to be pressured, and they honored that. I finally made it there on April 6th, and by far it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! They have a wonderful and clean facility. They make you feel right at home.I was greeted by the manger Brad, and he connected me with Sales rep Chris Dean. He was awesome! He took time in explaining everything and gave me two great options to choose from. They don't waste your time as they know its valuable. I came in thinking I'd have an issue getting a good car due to some credit issues, but they will work with you as best as possible. No pressure, very honest and up front which I what I value. I decided to go with the 2017 Nissan Rouge SUV and I am in love. Even the dreaded financial paperwork was easy to get through. Shout out to Kelvin (KD) Davis for making that process better than I anticipated! Before I left the dealership, I had a walk through of the car with Gabby, the Delivery Specialist. I felt a weight lifted and pride when I drove off the lot. There follow up is awesome too. I can't say enough about this dealership. He introduced me to the service technician that was going to be doing the work and he thoroughly explained what I could expect while my car was there. Communication was great, Brian was available every step of the way. Would highly recommend. More

My experience was a nightmare! Purchased a car putting $1000 down. Got a call from the finance manager one week later saying that he needed $500 more for the down payment and needed Purchased a car putting $1000 down. Got a call from the finance manager one week later saying that he needed $500 more for the down payment and needed me to sign a new contract. Long story short the financing didn't go through with the bank but the tried to deceive me by telling me they found me a better deal. They lied to me from the time I called to inquire about the vehicle up untiI I returned the vehicle. Very disturbing! More
