Nissan Service Department is very reliable. Scheduled an oil change short noticed and there was a time slot available to my scheduling so I was pretty excited about that. As soon as I drove up another technician(I forget his name, Andrew or Andy) acknowledged my arrival and came as quickly as he could, so I didn't wait longer than a minute. Service time was a little longer than expected but it wasn't too harsh of a wait time. Only thing I didn't like is the price of my services, even though I had points and they offer ways to get points, the price for my services was $60 when I came in for a routine oil change. I think that is a bit much and those prices alone will cause a numerous amount of people to seek oil change services elsewhere. I appreciated the car wash, but if you state you will give a complementary car wash I at least think the car should be clean because it seems that when it dries it is not at all washed, just a slight rinse (and I do tend to wash my car every other week as needed so it was already fairly clean). This particular time there was a key monitor or fob they use to keep up with keys for service left on my keys and I didn't notice it until I got home so I had to drive back to return it. When I got back Karen apologized sincerely and gave me something to compensate for driving back. I was very impressed with the service department as usual, only thing is the price and if it is complementary then it should be done immaculately. Other than that the department is A1 and I will continue to refer this service department. More

Undeniable Excellence!!! I initially chose Nissan of Newnan to service my car because it's close proximity to my job. I've had NUMEROUS experiences with the service center which were all great, But nothing prepared me for Royal Treatment I got on March 10th 2017. It was Sunday, I had nothing planned so I decided to go in to the dealership to explore my options of getting financed for a Used Maxima! Long Story short I walked away with BRAND NEW NISSAN ALTIMA!! I am completely overjoyed! Larry the Sales Rep not only secured an economically feasible deal for me, but he actually Educated me about all things Finance and making the smart decision, which made me comfortable with signing on the dotted line. Throughout all of my years of buying and financing vehicles I deduce that this experience with Nissan of Newnan is the most memorable and without a single doubt, THE ABSOLUTE BEST! More

My husband bought his Nissan there in 2015 and we enjoyed the salesman so much that's who we wanted to come back too. Kelvin was, is, very professional, very patient (I had a hard time facing a car payment when I hadn't had one in a long time). But....we did it. Bought a brand New Nissan and the experience was awesome ...even though I left the dealership 4 hours after we arrived and there were still people waiting on finance when I left. Well Worth a 4+ Hour Trip To Make A Purchase! We located the car we had been looking for at Nissan of Newnan through Car Fax Used Cars Online. After a trip down from the Charlotte N.C. area we wer We located the car we had been looking for at Nissan of Newnan through Car Fax Used Cars Online. After a trip down from the Charlotte N.C. area we were greeted by several pleasant employees and the vehicle was ready and waiting for us to test drive. Norman Davis, the Salesman and Brad Hayworth, Sales Manager greeted our kids by name and made sure they were occupied and entertained while we made our purchase. It was impressive that Mr. Davis had taken the extra time to research the Jeep Grand Cherokee and was ready for any questions. The sales team realized that we made the long drive and we were planning to take the car home so they made it possible that day. Mr. Davis called the next day to make sure everything was fine with the car. His follow up was unexpected, but very much appreciated. Yes there are lots of dealerships between N.C. and GA., but I feel very few if any, would have given us the excellent treatment we received at Nissan of Newnan had we walked in looking for a used car that was not their top seller. We will easily give them 5 stars for our experience and check out their inventory when we buy cars for our teenagers in the future. More

Well let me just say that my sales guy Matthew and finance team got me into a 2017 Nissan Versa. I mean its not their top of the line of course but it has all thr thingd that I love in a car: itd red in color, has bluetooth and aux features, its great on gas, its spacious and last but not least Im the first and only driver of my new Versa!! I love Nissan of Newnam! Oh, dont forget to check out their state of the art cinema theatr, soda and refreshments, kid zone and cool service dept. More
