Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I experienced no high pressure sales. Ricky Simpson was our sales person. He greeted us. We told him we were looking for a new Murano. He showed us the vehicle and not only told us all the features but, demonstrated them to us as well. He new it inside and out. He seemed more concerned about how we felt about the vehicle than he did about the sale. If you are looking to buy a new car, go to Nissan of Newnan and look up Ricky. Not only will you get a great deal, you will work with one of the friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Also, the rest of the staff was great as well. I came in with my 2014 Nissan which had been making a loud noise, it had cut off while I was driving it, I was perplexed & frustrated because after go I came in with my 2014 Nissan which had been making a loud noise, it had cut off while I was driving it, I was perplexed & frustrated because after going to the dealer I purchased it from 3 times in one week told me they could find nothing wrong. Karen my Service Advisor was so polite, professional and kind and assured me they would find out what the problem was. Eddie their top technician knew right away that it the transmission. He took the time to explain what the problem was, and relieved my fears and anxiety. He was so patient and professional. They provided me with a beautiful rental, and my car was repaired when promised. I love Nissan of Newnan!! They've got my business and will recommend to everyone. Thanks Karen & Eddie!!! More
