Buying a car from them has been the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I have had to get the Nissan Corporation involved. (1) The dealership took over a month to pay off my trade in after I wa experience I have ever had. I have had to get the Nissan Corporation involved. (1) The dealership took over a month to pay off my trade in after I was promised when I traded it in that it would be 7 to 10 days max. (2) They talked me into 2 extended service contracts. I decided within a few days of buying to cancel all “extras” on my account because I hate the car and will be trading in asap. I have now been trying to get this straight for over a month and still have had no success with the dealership or Nissan corporation. I just want all those extras cancelled because this car is not for me for a multitude of reasons. (3) The one person there who seemed to want to help me stopped responding a couple weeks ago, and the salesman who sold me the car “no longer works there”. (4) The actual purchase took 4 HOURS when they weren’t busy. There is so much more to this, but I am trying to condense it to the important points. Prior to purchasing from them. I looked at the reviews on here and saw a lot of good ones. What I should’ve done is read through all of the negative ones first to make my decision. A lot of the negative things said in here resemble what I have said very closely. More
