Great Customer Experience! I went to the dealership to check out the Leaf. It's such a unique car, and I was reading about it, so I grabbed my purse and headed to the dealership I went to the dealership to check out the Leaf. It's such a unique car, and I was reading about it, so I grabbed my purse and headed to the dealership kind of late. I really just wanted to check it out because I'm a curious person. Jimi was so pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and made it a very easy process. They have a lot of inventory, so I got a little distracted and started looking at other car models because they all had great deals. So much to choose from! I decided to get the Leaf that night and they stayed late to accommodate my impulsiveness. Jimi went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The manager, Brad, was also very pleasant and made sure I was having a good experience. They have a great play area which is good for the kiddos to go so you can focus, but you can keep an eye on them because it's all see through. Also, they have a great theater room so you can relax as your car is getting detailed. I loved the music playing overhead too. Good mix. Very hospitable. Very knowledgeable. The BEST car buying experience Initially I was very hesitant to make the drive to Nissan Newnan because I had been told by several different dealerships that it would be very diffic Initially I was very hesitant to make the drive to Nissan Newnan because I had been told by several different dealerships that it would be very difficult to get me out of my current vehicle and into the one I wanted. From the moment I walked through the front doors I was immediately greeted with a high level of customer service. I was also greeted by a manager which I have never experienced before. My salesman Mr. James Walker was very understanding and worked extremely hard to get me into what I wanted. This dealership is roughly a 45min drive for me but because of the service I received I have no problem continuing to work with Nissan Newnan. Thank you Nissan Newnan for your hard work and I really appreciate how much you care about your customers!!! More

Blessfully I was able to negotiate a sweet deal and bring home a nice vehicle to get me back and forth to work. Hidden "FEES" I found the EXACT car I was looking for and ended up purchasing it. Overall, my experience would have been excellent, EXCEPT… When I negotiated the price with the salesman over the phone, we discussed the dealer's price, apart from Tax, Title and License – fees that are imposed by the state or municipality and are not controlled by the dealership. Only after flying from central Texas to Atlanta and having a 12 hour return drive ahead of me, did I find out that Nissan of Newnan had not giving me an honest price. At the signing, the dealer was adding nearly $900 to the sales price and calling it a transaction "fee." To be clear, this so-called "fee" was not imposed by any state or municipality, nor was it benefiting anyone but the dealership. It was simply a markup to the sales price, an added profit, dishonestly represented as a "fee" and hidden with all the other legitimate taxes and fees. The finance manager seemed genuinely dismayed and apologetic that the salesman did not give me an honest price of the vehicle that included this $900 "fee." However, he was unwilling to meet me halfway or make any compensation for the discrepancy. I have bought MANY, MANY cars – both new and used – and this was positively the worst moment in that history. I felt over a barrel, manipulated and tricked. For this reason alone I will NEVER do business with the dealership again. And my advice to my friends and family is the same. More
The worst service ever We were there for 2 days, doing paperwork and test driving only to find out we weren't approved for the car we wanted. A complete waste of time! They printed a contract, detailed the car and made us purchase insurance for a car we weren't approved for, they even tried to get a deposit from me to secure the car. I've never seen business handled like this before. More
