William was my sales person and he was good to work with. Car had a problem with the seat not working on one side. I dont agree with all the bull sh?t charges that the dealer added to the sales price. Seems Car had a problem with the seat not working on one side. I took the car to Butler Nissan in Macon to diagnose the seat issue. It has a bad track on the seat and we have a new one ordered. Looks like all the money Newnan Nissan charged for those crap charges they would have noticed the broken seat and had it repaired before they put it up for sale. More

I asked a lot of questions, never annoyed or hurried us along. Then there was Mike Florentis..just wow. He too works with Nisssn him and his gorgeous wife. He travels to several dealers helping out. We got to spin a wheel for fun, and I won gold coins, gift cards for dealer, and a cruise...so much fun. I had a great time meeting all of them. You will not be bored at that dealer. Everyone is friendly and not because they are being paid. We bought a used vehicle for my husband to drive back to work in. It was in great shape, clean, no wrecks, who ever had it kept it in good condition. I appreciate people who take good care of thier vehicles. I know when I sell mine one day, the person who buys it will be very happy also. Overall buying a car here pain free. I do not like spending all day in a dealer. Bought a used tundra on 2/21/22. Scott Hammond the sales person was great. from there this goes downhill quick. driving the car home from the dealer i noticed it was having some issu Scott Hammond the sales person was great. from there this goes downhill quick. driving the car home from the dealer i noticed it was having some issues. being that it was 6-7 pm i drove it the 1.5 hours home that it took me. 2/22/22 first thing i did was bring it to my local toyota dealer. Was told by the tech and service advisor that car was unsafe to drive and was lucky it did not kill me on my drive home with it. called the nissan of newnan and scott was quick to say lets get it fixed. after that i asked to speak with a manager. was given the runaround on getting to a manager and sent to a full vm box. called back sent to same full box. called back call ignored. called back hung up on. called from my wifes it went right to someone named amber who said she would help out. was told to call back 20 min later. called back 20 min later... was told it would be another 20min... 10 min later got a call from manager Nathan. they were not willing to fix the car so asked to get out of the contract. Nathan said he would call me back after issuing the refund in about 10 min. he called me back and sent me an email confirmation. no point did i get a "Hey sorry we sold you an unsafe vehicle" or lets make this right from anyone except from scott the sales guy. If you are in the market for this used tundra below check the driveshaft has been repaired before you get in it. More

If you value the safety and lives of your loved ones DO NOT BUY HERE! The truck they sold us yesterday had severe damage to the drivetrain.
