I went to drop off my car to be serviced to save time and not have to wait for it. However in between dropping off and picking up it took me about an hour as I had to wait for people to wait on me. I inquired about a used vehicle that was listed for $8,999 on line for my teenage daughter and made an appointment to view the car and talk about the purchase. When they brought me the sales offer it w $8,999 on line for my teenage daughter and made an appointment to view the car and talk about the purchase. When they brought me the sales offer it was over $12K. I asked to see the sheet and there was a fee for almost $2K for "reconditioning" so I asked the sales guy what was this and he said the fee for cleaning the used car and getting it ready for sale. I said so why don't you list the car for $11K and not $9K? No real answer so I decided right then and there this was as shady as it comes so I decided to leave and get back to my busy day that so kindly had wasted enough of my time with gimmicks. The salesman and the sales manager met me at my car and asked what could they do and I said sell me the car for $9K out the door and they said they would work on it. Not much later I start getting texts wanting to switch me into a different car. I again explained that I came to buy this car for the price listed and if they couldn't sell me a car for the price listed then I was absolutely not interested. Then comes the "we can get you really good financing..lets run an application..." ....Uh no thank you! I explained I am not concerned with the monthly payment , only the out the door total price. I really feel for folks who let these dealerships get that over on them. I have purchased many vehicles and never have saw a "recondition fee" hidden into the paperwork. I would not do business with this dealership if they gave cars away (Because they would probably still try to charge you a fee"!!!!! More

Overall experience was excellent. Had work done at an Indy shop which proved to be a huge mistake as it took a year to fix the mistake they made "repairing" my car. Stopped in because car would not start in nearby parking lot. Nothing was found the first day but I left it overnight so it could be checked cold.
