In terms of sales people, Norman is fantastic. In terms of service, the service adviser is nice but doesn't have much dialogue And failed to communicate the cost of additional services until it was time to of service, the service adviser is nice but doesn't have much dialogue And failed to communicate the cost of additional services until it was time to pay. In regards to the pricing consistency, inconsistent at best is what I've experienced. We purchased our Nissan from them in 2019 and have had factory service performed on it per the factory service interval ever since. The last time I had the vehicle serviced, I ultimately paid $100 more for an air filter on top of the normal oil change. Absurd is an understatement. A couple days thereafter, a customer service representative called me to get my feedback and when I expressed my concern regarding the pricing inconsistency, which for the record has been different every single time I've had the vehicle serviced, she mentioned I would get a call back 'to make it right or give me a discount' because my records were unavailable at the time to verify what I was saying. To say the least I never heard back. I will be changing my own oil and air filters from this point on because $170 for an oil change and air filter in a car that takes four quarts of oil is laughable on its worst day. let me reiterate, our salesperson in which we purchased the car from was fantastic and we will definitely be purchasing another car from him. However, the pricing for an incredibly standard 4 quart oil change and air filter is grossly inflated. I forgot to add that that price was including a $25 service gift card credit as well. I no longer see the value in bringing my car to the dealership for service as an oil change and air filter is a 20-minute, max, service. We have owned many vehicles and had plenty of service appointments with other factory service providers and thus far Nissan has been my least favorite simply because it seems like a gable as to what my bill will be next time.
