Overall, good experience, but just settling on a OTD price took some time, but when they tried to put me in a 12% 48-month loan it was quite aggravating, and having to go back and forth 3 times to get a price took some time, but when they tried to put me in a 12% 48-month loan it was quite aggravating, and having to go back and forth 3 times to get an interest rate I was happy with just seemed a unnecessary. I understand that dealers make money off of financing, but geez 12%!!!! More

I'm very dissatisfied with this Nissan dealership. They I'm very dissatisfied with this Nissan dealership. They serviced my vehicle for two different recalls for the airbag and returned the vehicle both t I'm very dissatisfied with this Nissan dealership. They serviced my vehicle for two different recalls for the airbag and returned the vehicle both times with the airbag light on which probably means the vehicle is unsafe to drive. The Service advisor told me the airbag light was on because the car needs a clock spring and I had to pay about $800 dollars to fix it!! I drove the car for 15 years without having any problems with the airbag light staying on. I am very suspicious that the technician may have damaged something while working on the recall and they tried to fool me into paying for a expensive repair!! Someone also tampered with the passagenger window leaving it stuck open and didn't bother to fix it. So I had to fix it myself before leaving the Service Bay Area since it was really cold outside that day. I will probably never buy another Nissan ( have owned two in the past 20 years) and definitely will not buy a vehicle from this dealership because of the poor customer service. A recall should not cost the vehicle money, and have lost a lot of my time and some money because of the recalls on my vehicle!! More

I was allowed to sit for two plus hours and my truck was never serviced. Nobody informed me of the reason and I finally confronted service personnel as to why I’m still waiting.
